So, Cardi B went to thee ultra white magazine Elle and complained that the fellas of rap aren't helping the case any for Breonna Taylor. Cardi assumes that Ms. Taylor was a fan of hip-hop, thus the guys should be speaking up for her. Since Cardi has visions of herself being in politics someday she needs to direct her cries for justice for Ms. Taylor to that Attorney General Daniel Cameron. Beyonce' sent a scathing letter and at least one of the scum was fired before the end of that week. There is still work to be done but this is not it. So-called calling out just for clout is not the way to go. Oh and by the way, as nutty as he has been acting lately, Ye donated $2 million to a Breonna Taylor family fund; YBN Cordae was arrested during a Breonna Taylor protest. Master P and Tobe Nwigwe have spoken out through song. Nas, Chance The Rapper, and more have stuck up for Ms. Taylor, Sandra Bland, and our other slain Black women at the hands of corrupt police as well. But then again, who really takes seriously, one that mocked the late great Coretta Scott King and endorses Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for President for 2024 because she turned up to Bodak Yellow?!
