Can We Talk: The Stalker Song

I don't know if anyone has taken the time to ponder about Tevin Campbell's "Can We Talk" back then in 1993 or down through the years to this day, but he is now deeming it a stalker song. And Twitter has just about lost its mind. People are picking the lyrics apart and the general consensus is yeah, the guy is a stalker.
