Woman files lawsuit against Chuck E. Cheese over 'unreasonably dangerous' machine

Ashreana Scott is suing Chuck E. Cheese after her hair got caught in the Ticket Muncher, a ticket-counting machine at the famous family entertainment and children's birthday party center. Ms. Scott said that her hair was tangled up in the machine for about 20 minutes until an employee was finally able to pull it out. Ms. Scott is suing for “pain, discomfort, distress and headaches,” failure "to use reasonable care in the design” of the Ticket Muncher, and for better training of their employees.

Ms. Scott is seeking a grand total of $1,000 in damages and has requested a jury trial.
