Another reason not to trust your doctor? Like the self-checkout lane replacing your local cashier, so is artificial intelligence with doctors...hahaha! Not really, or maybe. Those who put their trust in technology will be pleased that AI is predicting fatal heart attacks upwards of five years, essentially, death. Recently it was found out by Google Health, that AI is getting right, on average, more times than a human doctor, in detecting breast cancer. There is a greater chance that AI can see a false negative of a breast cancer diagnosis better than a radiologist, preventing the disease from spreading. How comforting🤔. Anyway, if this is a true fight in helping to cure disease, I'm all for it, whether it be human or machine.
